i enjoyed the multiple restaurants. the resort features very nice snorkeling directly on the house reef. there are well-placed wind barriers on the beach (i really appreciated this!). the staff was friendly and kept my room super clean daily.
the adult-only west bay appears a bit tired. some aspects seem to need an upgrade.

The staff impressed me a lot. Everyone is polite and helpful. i felt welcomed and respected throughout my stay. the recreation team has energy and created a friendly atmosphere for all of us.

i found an excellent range of foods and drinks (especially fresh orange juice). the pavilion restaurant was great for breakfasts. club 159 was really accommodating in managing nut allergies. i loved pavilion and club for dinners.

the beach is fantastic. i snorkeled right off the beach and saw very nice coral and fish. the house reef is easily accessible and teeming with marine life. i appreciated the well kept gardens and the overall cleanliness of the resort.
The cocktail presentation could be improved. Drinks are served in plastic beakers.

the resort features multiple pools, a gym, and a spa for relaxation. beautifully kept gardens provide a tranquil atmosphere, perfect for walking and unwinding. there are several restaurants offering varied dining experiences throughout the stay.

the staff demonstrates attentiveness and eagerness to assist guests. i found the room attendants, ahmed and ali, to be particularly helpful. the check-in process was smooth, reflecting efficient and friendly service.
